The power circuit of the rectifier is mainly composed of a power frequency transformer and a three-phase full bridge rectifier. The control circuit of the rectifier is mainly composed of touch screen, controller, PLC, buttons, current and voltage sensors, etc. The operator can use the touch screen and buttons to complete the human-computer interaction function, and complete the system parameter setting, operation, data and status display functions through the touch screen. The controller is the core of the control system. It controls the conduction of the thyristor of the thyristor module so that the rectifier output can track the input setting in real time.
