The mains rectifier bridge converts the voltage into DC voltage. The IGBT modules power electronicsthen convert the DC voltage pulse width modulated into a alternating voltage. The internal transformerrealizesisolation and voltage adjustment on the secondary side. On the output side rectification is achieved by fast power diodes. Aconstant smoothed and fully controllable DC voltage is generatedatthe output side.

6. Installation and connection of the dc rectifiers
The rectifier should be installed in the environment with the following conditions
Location: indoor use only
Ambient temperature: 0℃～+40℃
Relative humidity: ≤90% (relative to 20±50℃).
Power requirement: AC nominal voltage+/-10%, 3 phase 4 line, 3 phase imbalance less than 5％, and meet national electricity quality standard.
Water input temperature(water cooling): 20-35℃
Altitude: less than 2,000 meters.
There shouldn't be excessive amount of dust, explosive and corrosive gas in the air.
The installation place should be without severe vibration, the vertical gradient shouldn't exceed 5%.
The seismic intensity of the installation site is less than 7 on the Richter scale.
Saturated vapor pressure: daily average value is less than 2.2×10-3M pa, monthly average value is less than 1.8×10-3Mpa.
Connect the rectifier with AC input, DC load and remote control interface from back side of the rectifier. The operation such as set constant voltage/constant current, set local control/remote control, ON/OFF is conducted on the touch panel or through remote control interface such as 4-20mA/0-10V, RS485, RS232, Profibus, Profinet etc. Our rectifier can be used inside the generator by remote control.
