Introduction:
A zinc eletecrowinning thyristor rectifier air cooling with a total output of 250kw.
The main circuit of the rectifier is mainly composed of one 6-pulse dry-type air-cooled transformers with one balanced reactor and one 2500A/100V thyristor rectifier module. The transformer steps down the input voltage and supplies the thyristor rectifier module with power. The thyristor rectifier module converts the AC power to DC power.

The rectifier is equipped with a control box, through the control box can achieve the rectifier operating, parameters set, data recording function, etc.
The control box includes a 7-inch touch screen, two indicator lights and a alarm buzzer. The control box is connected with the rectifier through a dedicated cable.
Rectifier can be remotely controlled and monitored through 4-20mA analog and I/O signals. The remote control signals are connected to rectifier through a 14-pin aviation plug as shown in Fig 4.19. If remote control is required, please set the rectifier mode to Remote on the touch screen first.
